Effective October 29, 2026. Mingie Home offers homeowner planning tools and requests for personalized Home Value Reports. Home Value Report requests are handled by Eric Martlage of Stone & Gable Realty.
When you request a Home Value Report, you provide a property street address, city, ZIP code, name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, selling timeline, and your consent selections. Our hosting and form-processing provider may also record technical information such as the time of submission and IP address.
We use the information to review your property, prepare a personalized market analysis, contact you about your request, and maintain related business records. We may send homeowner tips or market updates if you separately opt in. You can ask to stop receiving marketing messages at any time.
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes and stores form submissions and sends submission notifications to our business email. Our email provider processes messages we receive and send. These services may process information according to their own privacy and security practices.
The seller proceeds calculator and planning tools operate in your browser. Values entered into those tools are not part of the Home Value Report submission unless you separately provide them in the form.
Information may be shared with service providers supporting website hosting, form handling, email, and our real estate services, as appropriate to respond to your request or comply with law. We retain submitted information as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable business or legal obligations. We do not offer homeowner form information for sale through this website.
